Recently, I attended The Glen Workshop on Art and Spirituality.  While there, I had an opportunity to do a 6:30am Yoga session with Sarah Riehm instructing.I was impressed with Sarah's knowledge of Yoga.  I was also very impressed with her focus on Yoga as a spiritual discipline and a way for morning prayer and meditation.  Sarah's approach to Yoga as a Christian  discipline and as a way to know God,  for me, was very valuable.
